Limitation of Liability for Clinical Outcomes

Wholefeed Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any clinical decisions, medical outcomes, adverse events, injuries, or deaths that may arise directly or indirectly from the use of, or reliance on, information stored in, displayed by, or generated by the Tubely application. All clinical responsibility rests with the qualified healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care and with the patient's parent or guardian.

It is not regulated as a medical device by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in Australia, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States, or the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the United Kingdom.
